One of the Line only TF sequnces that I probably will not have time to colour and finish.
Drawn in late 2011. Story below :-

A smile touched the corners of her beaked mouth, as she suddenly
realised what had happened to her. Through her studies she recognized
that she had been transformed into a Griffin, a mythical, magical
beast. She thought back to the conversation with her mentor, in which
she had questioned the shaman’s ability to alter their form. She
had been told to take the staff to teach her the transformative
nature of magic and return when she understood. She folded her large
wings and focused on the powerful sensations of her new body.

She concentrated, sensing each muscle and nerve, hair and feather of her
body. Slowly she began to realise that something was making her
uncomfortable. With a few quick movements her sharp claws cut through
the seams of her clothing, removing the last tie to her former self.
Instantly she felt better, unconfined, free. A light breeze blew
through the stone circle, ruffling her feathers and fur. She breathed
in deeply, letting her chest puff out to fluff her feathers. A
powerful energy flowed through her and at last she began to
understand the nature of her magic. Now she could return the shaman’s
staff. Flapping her large wings she took off, flying quickly over the
forest, heading back towards her teacher’s home. She never even
considered asking to be turned back to her human form.

As the days passed she experimented with her flying abilities, exploring
the forests and mountains around the village. She felt drawn towards
the high peaks and one day she found an ancient temple carved from
the cliff face. Instantly she felt as if she had arrived home. As the
months passed she barely noticed how her body continued to gradually
change. At first she simply grew larger, her muscles and bones
strengthening subtly day by day. She began to have dreams where she
was running, low to the ground, on all fours. Slowly they became more
frequent and more intense, sights sounds and smells mingling in her
memory.

One day she awoke from the most powerful dream yet, only to discover that
she was deep in the ruined temple, far from the nest she had made.
She tried to stand upright to get her bearings, but couldn’t seem
to balance on two feet. The strange confusion she felt soon passed as
she padded through the halls, her hind paws moving silently, her tail
sweeping across the floor. In contrast the talons on her fore claws
clicked loudly on the stone as she walked, echoing in the empty
temple. Memories of her dream filling her thoughts, she entered a
strangely familiar chamber. She recognised a pedestal which, in her
dream, had held a large egg. Instinctively she left the chamber
through a different corridor and soon found herself close to her
nest, where a small figure sat waiting for her. As she approached the
figure stood up and she instantly recognised her mentor. She bounded
forwards like a dog returning to its master and nuzzled the small
shaman, who in turn stroked her large feathery head. Dimly she was
aware that he used to be taller.

Her teacher explained the reason for his visit, simply saying that he had
been curious as to how his former pupil was doing. He had missed
having her around, but had suspected that she would find her way
home, indicating the temple. Recognising her puzzled expression he
continued, revealing that as a younger man he had discovered the
temple and found a strange egg, protected by a weak magical seal. He
knew that the magic was fading and the egg would not survive much
longer, so he had rescued it and hatched the egg in secret. He hid
the baby creature as best he could by transforming it into a human
child. He paused looking at her meaningfully before continuing to say
that the baby girl grew up as a human to become his apprentice.

She gasped with shock at the news, but her teacher just smiled in a warm,
fatherly way. She thought back over her life, realising now that she
had always felt that she didn’t fit in. At last she knew she had
returned to her true form. She offered her mentor a ride back to the
village and hesitantly he climbed onto her shoulders, clutching her
feathers tightly. She barely felt his weight as she ran to the cliff
edge and took off, soaring high before spiralling down towards the
stone circle where her changes had begun.
