The Princess and the Unicorn p4-6

She felt a strange pressure begin to build in her skull. Reaching up to touch her forehead she felt a hard lump growing larger by the second. Soon it broke through her skin, still growing rapidly. Lulth’We was surprised at how little pain she now felt. In fact she felt stronger and healthier than ever. She tried to stand but her head swam with dizziness and she fell back to all fours.
Looking down at her hand she noticed her nails had turned black, and short white hairs were growing from her skin. Her clothes felt tight too, as though she were growing larger.

She watched as her once slender fingers became thicker, tipped by nails which grew larger and harder by the moment. She did not notice how the bones in her feet stretched, her toes thickened and fused together or the white hairs spread slowly over her skin. The princess reached up to feel her face, aware that something was wrong. Her hand stroked down her long muzzle, as her hair slowly became a mane.
Suddenly with a loud rip her dress split at the seams, falling away from her body. Lulth’We realised her body was being transformed, but felt only happiness as the changes continued.

Her increasingly hoof like fingers struck the root of a tree. The princess opened her eyes once more, with the realisation that she had crawled to the edge of the clearing. She looked down at her body, which was still changing before her eyes, the unicorn's magic still wrapping her in light. Experimentally she swished her new tail, enjoying the sensation as the hair brushed against her flanks. Unable to contain her pleasure she giggled loudly, barely noticing it was more like a whinny.
